Celebrating with us at the Whitehurst Gallery is truly an experience that exceeds expectations…

The Whitehurst Gallery is a privately owned residence in Tarpon Springs and is available for private bookings for a variety of intimate social events and weddings (75 person capacity). Inspired by the Jefferson Memorial, the building’s exterior features iconic neoclassical architecture including bold columns and a domed roof. The building’s interior boasts timeless artwork and sculptures from the
renaissance to modern day as well as a library of over 10 thousand books. While standing in the center of the home, as you look up at the interior of the domed ceiling, the decorative detail is an exact replica of the Capitol’s, in Washington, DC.

The Gallery’s grand, yet intimate, space offers an experience that simply cannot be replicated. The Whitehurst Gallery can accommodate everything from the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all on the same property.

Whitehurst Gallery Packages

Florida sales tax will be applied to all packages.

Premier Venue Package

Starting at $11,250 for up to 75 guests:
  • Full-day rental with set up as early as 10 am
  • Event management services/day of coordination (DOC)*
  • 6-hours of event time
  • Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception space
  • Choice of vintage car for ceremony arrival and pictures (upon request) 
  • Wedding suites for getting ready (2)
  • Ghost chairs and tables* for up to 75 guests
  • Complimentary valet parking for guests*
  • Event end time 10 pm/ Vendors 11 pm
  • Up to 1-hour ceremony rehearsal (TBD on availability)
  • 10% discount on wedding bands purchased through Whitehurst

* Tables for reception space only.
*Valet will arrive 30-45 minutes minutes prior to guest arrival.

Reception Only Package

Starting at $10,000 for up to 75 guests
  • Full-day rental with set up as early as 10 am

  • 1-hour of breakdown
  • Cocktail hour and reception space
  • Choice of vintage car for ceremony arrival and pictures (upon request) 
  • Wedding suites for getting ready (2)
  • Ghost chairs and tables* for up to 75 guests
  • Complimentary valet parking for guests*
  • Event end time 10 pm/ vendors 11 pm
  • 10% discount on wedding bands purchased through Whitehurst

Micro-Wedding Package

Starting at $8,250 for up to 25 guests

  • Choice of vintage car for ceremony arrival (upon request) 
  • Wedding suites for getting ready (2)
  • Ghost chairs and tables* for up to 25 guests
  • Complimentary valet parking for guests*
  • Up to 1-hour ceremony rehearsal (TBD on availability)   
  • 10% discount on wedding bands purchased through Whitehurst

Non-Wedding Packages

Social/Shower Package (Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, Birthday Party, Holiday Party etc) starting at $4,750
  • 8-hour venue rental to include vendor setup, event time, and breakdown
  • Ghost chairs and tables* for up to 75 guests
  • Complimentary valet parking for guests*
  • Additional time is booked at a rate of $375/hr
  • Event must end by or before 10pm/vendors 11pm
  • 10% discount on wedding jewelry purchased through Whitehurst

Photo Shoot Packages

Photo Session Package $600
  • 2-hr rental 
  • Interior/exterior access to the venue
  • Additional time is booked at a rate of $275/hr
  • Package does not include Photographer
  • Self-Parking available across the street at 475 East Lake Drive
