Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind, and are committed to ensuring, the quality and craftsmanship of our products and that they are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, we advise you contact us immediately so that we may do a full inspection of your item. If we determined that the item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise and ship it back free of charge.

If we determine that the damage was not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you of any necessary repair services. Repairs not covered under our lifetime warranty will be quoted and approved before the work is performed.

Items that have been, in any way, altered or repaired by another jeweler other than with Whitehurst will void the warranty.

The life of your jewelry requires attention and, at times, some extra love due to normal wear and tear. Our lifetime warranty covers free prong tightening, re-polishing and cleaning services- just cover the shipping and we’ll take care of the rest.

Lifetime Diamond Upgrade

Any loose diamond purchased from Whitehurst can be exchanged at 100% credit of the original purchase price for a replacement diamond of at least 2X or greater value. The diamond that is being upgraded must be in saleable condition  (no chips, cracks, or damage of any kind) and accompanied by the original laboratory grading document. Upgrades are not currently available for colored gemstones.

Our Return/Resizing Policy

We craft every item with care and want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, within 30 days. Products being returned must be in their original purchase condition and accompanied with all original documentation. Items that display obvious signs of ware or alteration by another jeweler other than Whitehurst will not be accepted.
Items that are nonreturnable, due to their personalized nature, include the following: special order; custom designed jewelry; modified, engraved or resized items; and previously exchanged items.

Whitehurst conveniently offers one free resizing within the first year of your purchase, along with free shipping to the US and Canada for the first resize. If an additional resize is needed, our standard rates will apply.
